Know who is authorised. Today, and six weeks from now.
Emmedy records certificates with their validity, alerts well before the expiry date and schedules the recertification. Competence stops being a snapshot and becomes something you can always demonstrate.
An expiring certificate is often only noticed on the job
In many organisations certificates are scattered across spreadsheets, folders and inboxes. The planner knows by heart who is authorised, until they go on holiday. An audit means starting to search.
In sectors where safety and authorisation meet, that is not an administrative problem. It determines whether someone can work safely and responsibly tomorrow.
From achieved to recertified, in one line
Automatic certificates
After a passed course or assessment Emmedy issues the certificate, signed and as a PDF.
Validity and follow-up
For each result you set how long it is valid and which course forms the recertification.
Alerts before expiry
Employee, manager and planner see in time what expires, with an overview per team and per site.
Recertification scheduled
Expiring certificates flow into the waiting list in Plan, so sessions are filled in time.
Bulk and import
Upload existing results in bulk or import them from external systems such as Stipel and DVP.
Audit-ready reporting
Self-service reports filtered by standard, team or period. Including employees who have left.
Competence is not an end point
A certificate is proof of competence at one moment. After that, development starts again.

Yes, there is a Stipel connection for NEN certification, including person matching when a Stipel ID is missing.
You configure that per role. Typically the employee, their manager and the planner see it. Managers also have an overview of expiring results per team.
Yes. You enter external results with date, validity and evidence, or connect them via the API. They count in the same overviews as internal certificates.
If you wish, an auditor or certification body gets its own role with read access to the relevant reports. Nothing needs to be compiled anymore.
