A technician in their first year

Six weeks before the expiry date they receive a proposal for recertification.

Yes. You record appointments as a result with validity and link them to the training and practical assessment that precede them.
Yes, exams are scheduled as sessions with an exam room and participants. Enrolling in exams from Learn is on the roadmap.
